With over eight years of experience in early childhood education, she has taught and supported learners across diverse backgrounds — from mainstream classrooms to children with special needs.

She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Lagos and has led multiple initiatives in curriculum development, teacher training, educational leadership, and community outreach. Her passion for learning, equity, and innovation inspired her to launch Brint Online School — a pioneering virtual platform that now serves hundreds of diaspora families globally.

Aderonke is committed to closing the learning gap for African children abroad and redefining what inclusive, culturally-relevant digital education can look like. Her work continues to empower children, families, and educators through purpose-driven programs, innovation, and impact at scale.

Tagar Ese Racheal is an Operations Supervisor at Brint Online School, specializing in customer satisfaction, retention, and process optimization. She leads customer service and onboarding teams, ensuring smooth operations while contributing to the educational needs of children in the diaspora—a role she finds deeply fulfilling and enriching for her growth. Previously, she held support roles at Pay4Me Inc, Digital Witch Community, and Softfield Solutions, driving a 95% increase in app ratings at Pay4Me. She is trained in Project Management, Business Process Automation, and Virtual Assistance. Racheal holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Delta State University, Abraka.

Ozioma Andrew-Perebi is a dedicated and passionate educator with a commitment to ensuring learnera receive the best possible learning experience. As the Assessment and Placement Officer at Brint Online School, Ozioma plays a vital role in assessing learners’ needs and aptly assigning them to suitable tutors.

Her expertise and care in matching learners with the right educators enable effective learning and academic growth. With her passion for education and attention to detail, Ozioma makes a positive impact on the lives of learners and tutors alike.

Oluwaseyi Damilola is a committed and dynamic Human Resource professional. She has displayed remarkable dedication, composure, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing people and supporting the work environment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Management and has also obtained a certificate in Proficiency in Advanced Human Resource Management and People Development.

Beyond her professional role, Oluwaseyi is inspired by continuous growth and development, both personally and within her team. Her commitment to excellence and ability to work under minimal supervision make her a valuable asset to the organisation and an emerging leader in the HR field.

Mary is an experienced administrative professional with over four years in the oil and gas, education, and telecommunications sectors. I has excelled as an Administrative Officer, Virtual Assistant, and Customer Support Representative, showcasing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. With a background in plant science and certifications in QMS Execution, Auditing Techniques, Document Control, and HSE, i effectively manages office operations, ensures compliance, and supports teams in achieving organizational goals.

At Brint Online School, work as an Administrative Manager,I manages the onboarding and offboarding of learners and tutors, organizes documents, creates folders, and updates records. i also handles tutor profiles, including employment letters and correspondence, and manages student progress reports also coordinates monthly birthday celebrations and maintains a comprehensive filing system.
Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensures efficient documentation and compliance with the school policies.

Abigail Adeleke is a versatile marketing and digital media strategist with extensive experience across multiple industries, including EdTech, lifestyle, social impact, entertainment, and e-commerce. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has pursued advanced certifications in Digital and E-commerce Marketing, Virtual Assistance, and Project Management, combining analytical rigor with creative strategy.

Her expertise spans content strategy, social media management, brand storytelling, digital campaign execution, virtual team coordination, and operational excellence. James is a seasoned full stack developer with a passion for education, He brings a unique combination of technical expertise and pedagogical experience to the school community. With a strong foundation in Python, PHP, and MySQL, I design, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and student engagement.

With six years of experience in software development and education, he possesses a deep understanding of the intersection of technology and learning. With expertise spanning the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, with a focus on creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.

Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos (2014) and is a certified Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
