With over eight years of experience in early childhood education, she has taught and supported learners across diverse backgrounds — from mainstream classrooms to children with special needs.

She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Lagos and has led multiple initiatives in curriculum development, teacher training, educational leadership, and community outreach. Her passion for learning, equity, and innovation inspired her to launch Brint Online School — a pioneering virtual platform that now serves hundreds of diaspora families globally.

Aderonke is committed to closing the learning gap for African children abroad and redefining what inclusive, culturally-relevant digital education can look like. Her work continues to empower children, families, and educators through purpose-driven programs, innovation, and impact at scale.

Tagar Ese Racheal is an Operations Supervisor at Brint Online School, specializing in customer satisfaction, retention, and process optimization. She leads customer service and onboarding teams, ensuring smooth operations while contributing to the educational needs of children in the diaspora—a role she finds deeply fulfilling and enriching for her growth. Previously, she held support roles at Pay4Me Inc, Digital Witch Community, and Softfield Solutions, driving a 95% increase in app ratings at Pay4Me. She is trained in Project Management, Business Process Automation, and Virtual Assistance. Racheal holds a BSc in Biochemistry from Delta State University, Abraka.

Ozioma Andrew-Perebi is a dedicated and passionate educator with a commitment to ensuring learnera receive the best possible learning experience. As the Assessment and Placement Officer at Brint Online School, Ozioma plays a vital role in assessing learners’ needs and aptly assigning them to suitable tutors.

Her expertise and care in matching learners with the right educators enable effective learning and academic growth. With her passion for education and attention to detail, Ozioma makes a positive impact on the lives of learners and tutors alike.

Zainab Abdullahi holds a degree in History and International Relations. And currently work as a Human Resource Executive, she brings extensive hands-on experience in Policy Implementation, Employee Relations, and Training and Development. Her expertise also spans recruitment, performance management, and organizational development, where she is recognized for her strategic thinking and ability to drive impactful results.

Outside of work, she’s a web3 enthusiast and enjoys reading African prose, which she finds deeply inspiring.

Mary is an experienced administrative professional with over four years in the oil and gas, education, and telecommunications sectors. I has excelled as an Administrative Officer, Virtual Assistant, and Customer Support Representative, showcasing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. With a background in plant science and certifications in QMS Execution, Auditing Techniques, Document Control, and HSE, i effectively manages office operations, ensures compliance, and supports teams in achieving organizational goals.

At Brint Online School, work as an Administrative Manager,I manages the onboarding and offboarding of learners and tutors, organizes documents, creates folders, and updates records. i also handles tutor profiles, including employment letters and correspondence, and manages student progress reports also coordinates monthly birthday celebrations and maintains a comprehensive filing system.
Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensures efficient documentation and compliance with the school policies.

Tsav Barry hails from Benue State, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literary Studies from the prestigious Benue State University, Makurdi. He also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is currently pursuing his MBA from the same institution.

A seasoned brand strategist, administrator, and resource person, Barry brings a wealth of experience from working with multiple brands across borders. He seamlessly integrates his IT skills into his professional work, having obtained a certification in Software Management from Alison University, Ireland.

He is the founder of Top Tech Inc., a registered online tech solutions company offering innovative career advancement and business development services for individuals and brands.

Barry has held key positions in reputable organizations, including Velox Holdings and its subsidiaries—Velox Afrilox, Velox Agro, Velox Real Estate and Investment Ltd—where he served as a Marketing and Communications Officer, playing a vital role in positioning the brand as a leader across its industries.

He also served as the Head of Marketing and Communications Department at Brint Global and currently resides in Port Harcourt. Barry was the Chief Organizer of the 2024 Port Harcourt Real Estate Conference, the largest gathering of real estate professionals and investors in South-South Nigeria, and a core member of the team behind the Brint EdTech Summit 2025.

His portfolio includes hiring and brand support for companies such as Simarks Global and Sweet Crude Oil and Gas. Barry has also been featured on several radio and television platforms, sharing insights on branding, technology, and communication.

At Brint Online School, Barry serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications Department, where he continues to bring innovation, strategy, and impact to the digital presence of the institution.

James is a seasoned full stack developer with a passion for education, He brings a unique combination of technical expertise and pedagogical experience to the school community. With a strong foundation in Python, PHP, and MySQL, I design, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and student engagement.

With six years of experience in software development and education, he possesses a deep understanding of the intersection of technology and learning. With expertise spanning the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, with a focus on creating scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.

At Brint online school James collaborate with educators, administrators, and students to develop and integrate technology solutions that support academic excellence, creativity, and critical thinking. Anna Evelyn Eroh is a dedicated finance professional with over 9 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. At Brint Online School, she oversees accounts receivables and reconciliation, ensuring accurate tracking of payments, timely invoicing, and smooth payroll processing. She also manages monthly performance reports and supports client account reviews—playing a key role in the school’s financial efficiency and growth.

Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos (2014) and is a certified Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA). Her career spans roles at leading firms like Moore Advice, Probitas Partners LLP, and Danwillbeth Enterprise, where she has developed deep expertise in budgeting, auditing, tax compliance, and financial analysis.

With a strong grasp of tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel, Anna brings precision, professionalism, and a solutions-driven mindset to the Brint team—supporting its mission to empower the next generation through culturally grounded, high-quality education.
